We've set up the schedule with YOU in mind. We do not require you sign a membership and you have the freedom to do what works for you. Add something new to your routine OR double up on your classes some days. Why wouldn't you want to stay for power yoga after your cardio class? How many more calories could you burn if you did a little Zumba® after R.I.P.P.E.D? There's no reason why we can't work out like rock stars!
